Submission procedure
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically, preferably as a single
PDF-file, directly to the member of the Editorial Board listed below
whose area lies closest to the subject. Non-electronic (hardcopy) submissions
can be sent to the Editorial Office at the address below; however, this form
of submission is discouraged. In either case, in the event
of the manuscript being accepted the author will be asked to supply its
TeX/AMSTeX/LaTeX source file.
